And not so much for the $1,200 minimum charge to clean these four little chairs but for the amazing conversation with a kindred soul...

It took two people to recommend me and she's a long ways off on the west side of the lake. We started talking two months ago and I think I knew by now I would have the near finish version of the upholstery tool which I wanted to test on something similar so it all worked out but I wasn't expecting such great conversation about Mountain life bicycles kids Faith alcoholism earrings craft fairs beer protection snow blowing gardening vehicles raising kids dogs cats spouses Navajo rugs and Robert Mann, you name it...

Kind of sort of ironically I rode right by our house on Saturday on my bike ride out of the Truckee area..

Oh and the upholstery tool works killer and surprisingly so without the Glide at times as well...

Honestly, that was another reason I decided not to focus on residential early on. I was too chatty and figured I'd lose money doing that.

I always looked forward to doing work in the Truckee area.

I did a bunch of white chairs just like that the morning after a bear broke into a clubhouse up there.

Oh! Yes I did notice that!
Most houses have some sort of 'bear proofing'. Usually it'll have an electric jolt to it.
The clubhouse had older style French doors and windows that a bear could easily push open. I was surprised they hadn't equipped the place with any deterrents.
