That's about right.
They essentially see no difference between quotes from the Bible, Buddha, Shakespeare, Byron, or the Beatles for that matter.
To them, they are all equally ancient texts....
I think they also like the fact that all of the other older adults in the room treat me with a mix of puzzlement and mild disapproval

There is something in me for everyone to hate at Thanksgiving.
