Only in my dreams so far but a swivel is very important. Just had a job where I had to move the beds. Huge PITA. With the swivel I could have reached under.

I got along without a window forever, while its nice the swivel is the game changer, ei getting places I couldn't before, without moving beds ect ect.

Wait, you’re changing the rules.
It was a swivel OR window.
Of course both if that’s an option....
If you or Lee had to choose between either a swivel OR window, which would it be???

read the poll title, WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU, the swivel or the window.

If you care more about the results you'll pick the window, if you're a selfish prick, you'll pick the swivel.

Swivel, The window is a passing fad. But I like my window.

the window, it lets you know when you need to slow down or rinse the same area again or do another dry stroke

If I get another wand, it'll be with just a window. It'd be nice to know when I get all the heavy moisture off a spot I sprayed heavy with. Less chance of a call back on wicking

I clean a lot of clean carpet, so the window doesn't do a whole lot for me on most jobs. I do like it though when I see the foam areas and know the vacuum loss is coming in a few seconds.

Swivel. The dry stroke is part of how I have always cleaned carpet so window is nice but not a deal breaker...unless it faces the front where I can't even see it like that POS Bently wand.

even though I dry stroked before, the first few weeks with a window had me wondering how many 1 off cleans were because of wicking and they called someone else in future 😳

I think just asking the question does you credit.

I have a baby truckmount. So a window is much more important. If I had a monster truckmount like an 870 then I wouldn't care as much about the window and the swivel would be more important.

The window persuades you to slow down and make another pass.

Having had windows in our wands since 1988 (Butler version wands) it does slow you up a bit...
although on highly soiled commercial jobs we would cover them.
Some jobs that water is never running clear.

Yeah, you don't wanna see that.
