You could pad it. First prespray ( TWO ounces of 35% peroxide / 4 oz of d-limonene ) and scrub with a fiber plus pad. Then encapsulating with a decent encapsulating shampoo.

BUT WHY......

Way quicker to nuke it with your favorite prespray and extract. Maybe use an encapsulating rinse or padCAP it after. Even with a decent portable it will be easier and much quicker.
