I wish I could remember how many guys who got a truck mount with a franchise had the wand handle still set it that position. Guys get zero real training, and use the wand the way it comes out of the box.

One franchisee (from a big, 50 year old plus well known organization) showed up for some help in using his machine. They were just doing clear water rinsing, so I asked him to get the sprayer for his traffic lane prespray out for me.

He gave me a trigger sprayer.

I asked if that is all he had.

"Yes, that's how they showed me to do it"

Yes it might dry quicker but it's not clean the secret to a clean carpet is the pre treat . Has worked for me in the past 43 years. The phone wouldn't ring with out the pre treat.

200 grand is a lot of money ,but I guess with the right insurance contacts it is easy to make it back .
