Do you know if you are doing a good job?
Genny got this text yesterday from a job I did. I just booked a job where the lady said I did a great job a few years ago but couldn't find my number so she used another guy I know. She wasn't happy with him.
A few weeks ago had another guy call to ask for the product I used because 6 months later his Marty recliner still smells fresh. He left a 2.5 minute message telling me how much he liked it.

We get that type of feedback all the time. Especially people who don't know how to remove red stains . Also feedback like my previous cleaner didn't vacuum or scrub....

Ive missed a few red stains over the years because I can't see them. Ive had customers walk with me to point them out.
I can usually get them out of I can see them lol.
Do you use a commercial vacuum?
What are you scrubbing with?

This is a perfect example of why it’s so important to stay in front of your customers. If you’re not emailing, texting, or sending the occasional postcard, how can you expect them to remember you when they need a cleaning again, especially 3 years later....

I just don't like doing that stuff. Its hard enough just doing the physical work.
But I agree I would be busier if I did those things. Not that I want to be much busier.
I would have my wife do it if she wasn't so busy.
But i was thinking of your posts when I posted this.

I should get back on Facebook too. Im not doing anything right now to market myself.
