We have a local horder home that had as many cats, but worse yet, the three brothers living there have been living without sewage for three years.

It seems they were crapping in buckets and just pitching it into the basement.

A slum lord bought it at a sheriff's sale, and had a couple of poor souls emptying the basement with shovels and buckets.

I can't imagine this place can be salvaged, and it needs the above technique imo
