A piece of clear aquarium type hose ( too bad you didn't put it on before installing the end) it might be a little tight getting over the ends .or maybe 2 or 3 layers of heat shrink would do it thats what i used on my chem pump lines some hoses i completely cover in plastic hose and seal ends with shrink tubing if for instance abrasion could be a problem but generally speaking when making ⅛" hoses i slip on a piece of plastic hose for support at the ends while making umthat would make this more secure? This is a replacement hose for a Sapphire Upholstery tool. it broke at this point (weakest link)
something like a hose bend restrictor on a solution line.

The marine grade shrink wrap is best because it has a glue inside to bond the wrap to the hose (its purpose is actually to further waterproof electrical connections in a marine environment) . Where as heat shrink that doesn't say marine grade doesn't have thatView attachment 134376
