I hate cleaning a carpet that I know is going to be torn out and in a matter of days

Some folks from Santa Cruz were taken care of cleaning up and selling off a house at the husband's brother who recently passed and of course he was a hoarder and a filthy pig.
The house with a beautiful view and a 3 acre lot has a certain value, but these folks are incapable of doing much more other than mildly cleaning it up

No doubt a flipper will buy it and perform a few hundred or two in improvements.

Apparently the carpet was so covered with junk it really wasn't that dirty. Some unprofessional house cleaners went over it a few times yesterday with their junker, and as I started the vacuum I noticed the color really coming back so I made the offer to rather than charging them for $475 to spend three or four hours doing a hot water extraction, how about I just vacuum very well, detail the edges and baseboards for $150.

They were thrilled with my offer and saw my reasoning. I would have loved to have sat there all day talking about all our Kevin Bacon connections back on the coast, as there were many but I had one more $150 bedroom to clean and needed to get home to process an 18 wand order that had me dancing to two step this morning....

I did the same thing, only they needed me to clean the carpet just so they wouldn't feel dirty pulling it out from the hoarder who had an obsession with buying Smuckers jelly jars about 10 years ago

do it all the time. A lot of the homes I clean are homes being put up for sale. Most rooms dont even need to be cleaned just want it to look good for showings. So I offer to CRB, vacuum and groom where a cleaning wouldnt be needed. WIN WIN

Heres one no doubt needs replacing….40+ yrs old. Landlord not interested in replacing.

Me? sure i will take your money. But i aint renting from this chiseler landlord.
